Psalm 18:2 - God is our protector.

Good Evening Followers,

I have not played in a tournament since the second week of February.
In the meantime I have continued to work on my game at St.James Plantation.

The tournaments I played in my irons were very inconsistent and that hurt my scores. It sucks in golf when you hit 10 or 11 fairways a round but shoot 76 to 79. I have continued to work hard my game and even though I still have a not perfect ball striking day here and there, it is alright because you have to learn on the practice range/golf course each day.

This week I have got in 2 really good days of practice and believe from here my ball striking will get back to where it was during the first tournament I played in 2011.

I have seen and played with some fellow Amherstview Golf Club members while I have been here in Myrtle Beach and it is always good to see familiar faces. Anyone else who is in the area until March 11th, please feel free to get in touch with me because I would love to see other familiar faces.

I have 14 more days here in Myrtle Beach and I plan on taking advantage of the good weather. I will be putting all of my time into my game from now until then. I am not only working on my golf game but also trying to train my mind to be a better player. I am sure by the end of the week I will once again be 100% committed to every shot, confident and believing in my talent and abilities.

I am leaving for Florida on March 12th to prep for Canadian Tour Qualifying School. Will work on my game for 10 days and get used to the Bermuda grass in the sunshine state. I plan on playing one tournament on the West Florida Golf Tour to get my competitive juices flowing again. The last week of March will be one of the most important weeks of the year and I know I will be ready to compete!

Going to watch some television for the rest of the evening.

Talk to everyone soon.

Take Care,

Ryan
