Hello Everyone,

The last week has been busy for me from work to playing in the Champion of Champions and then spending the day on Wednesday in Lewiston, NY playing a practice round for the Porter Cup.
I was pleased with my 2nd place finish on Tuesday at Loyalist in the Champion of Champions. With every competitive round I play my confidence level grows and i learn something new about myself.
I have taken the last couple of days off from golf to refuel and now I am ready to practice hard in the morning. I leave on Sunday for the Porter Cup qualifier and play Monday morning at 11:00am. There are 96 players in the field and 8 will be awarded spots in the tournament to be played July 27th to 31st. I am looking forward to playing well and hopefully qualifying.

It is great to know that I have so many supporters. It means a lot to me and keeps me motivated to keep playing well.

On another note. The golf course is pretty wet from the storms that hit Kingston yesterday but I am sure with some good weather in the coming days that the golf course will be back in good shape.

I will post on Tuesday with how I played in the qualifier.

Until then, take care.

Ryan
